In the presence of the First Deputy Speaker of the Jordanian Parliament, Dr. Ahmed Al-Khalayleh, the Speaker of the Egyptian Parliament, Dr. Hanafi Jabali, and his accompanying delegation visited the martyr’s memorial in Amman. The guest delegation listened to a briefing by the director of the Martyr’s Memorial on its establishment, its symbolism, and the lofty values it represents, in order to perpetuate the souls of the righteous martyrs. The Speaker of the Egyptian Parliament laid a wreath at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier and read Al-Fatiha on the souls of the righteous martyrs. The delegation toured the facilities of the Memorial and saw the possessions and weapons it contained that simulate the story of modern Jordan's construction and the development of the Jordan Armed Forces until now and jotted down a word in the visitors' record. At the end of the visit, commemorative shields were exchanged.
