The Royal Armored School on Wednesday celebrated the graduation of Basic Armor Officers Course No. 102, which included participants from the Jordan Armed Forces, along with officers from the fraternal nations of Qatar and Kuwait. The ceremony was attended by the Director of Infantry and Armor.The 25-week course aimed to prepare and qualify participating officers by equipping them with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to serve effectively as tank platoon leaders within their respective units. The training program offered a comprehensive curriculum combining theoretical instruction with hands-on field exercises.Course content covered a range of essential topics, including map reading and compass use, basic specialties such as maintenance, gunnery, and signals, in addition to organization and duties, tactical deployment, and staff responsibilities. Participants also took part in various field exercises designed to reinforce leadership principles and enhance their operational and tactical proficiency.At the end of the ceremony, which was also attended by the Director of Military Training and the Director of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Training City, certificates were awarded to the graduating officers.
