The Royal Jordanian Command and Staff College celebrated, on Wednesday, the graduation of the 14th Battalion Commanders and Military Inspections Course. This event aligns with the Armed Forces' strategy, which focuses on developing leadership personnel among officers from various branches of the Jordan Armed Forces, along with officers from fraternal countries, in the presence of the College Commander. The course, which lasted for four weeks, aimed at preparing officers for the role of Battalion Commander, enhancing their leadership skills through theoretical lectures on leadership, management, human resources, and military inspections. At the end of the ceremony, certificates were awarded to the course participants.
