Executive Director of Special Operations Equipment Company Sofex, Ahmed Al-Taweel, said that this conference was not just a platform for displaying technology, but rather it was a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences, adding that the conference shed light on the most prominent challenges facing the fields of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, and discussed Innovative solutions and pioneering strategies in this field, noting that the conference achieved the goals that were planned regarding cybersecurity technology and artificial intelligence. Over the course of two days, the conference discussed many important and pivotal issues related to cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, in addition to drone technology and the threats it poses to countries and how to deal with them and limit their impact. It also discussed areas of digital transformation. In its current version, the AIDTSEC 2023 exhibition and conference included three main parts: the conference, the exhibition, and the ARMYTHON 2023 cybersecurity and encryption competition, in which many Arab and African teams participated. The closing ceremony was attended by several senior officers of the armed forces and security services, the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina, several former ministers, and directors of companies in the field of information technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
