On Sunday, the “Good Training Methods” course was launched at the National Service Training Center in Shuia’er, with the participation of 108 trainers from among the officers and non-commissioned officers of the center, in the presence of the Director of Mobilization and the National Army.During the opening, the Director of Mobilization and the National Army affirmed that the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces places great importance on the National Service Program, as it is one of the national initiatives aimed at instilling the values of discipline, national responsibility, and commitment among Jordanian youth. He emphasized the importance of full adherence to military instructions, as well as military discipline and order, which form the foundation for building a successful trainer’s character and reflect the core qualities of the Jordan Armed Forces’ personnel. He also highlighted the importance of seriousness and professionalism in supervising conscripts during their training period, noting that the center enjoys the full confidence of the General Command in implementing the national training program—an obligation that requires continuous enhancement of performance to ensure the highest levels of discipline and readiness in carrying out training activities. The 21-day course aims to enhance the efficiency of the trainers, develop their capabilities in human resource management, and apply methods that contribute to shaping the trainees’ personalities and strengthening their national identity. It is worth noting that the reinstatement of the National Service Program came as a comprehensive national project inspired by a Royal vision launched by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II. The program aims to reinforce the values of loyalty, belonging, and national identity, and to instill principles of discipline and responsibility among Jordanian youth through training programs that include both the basic military track and national awareness lectures, with each training cycle lasting three months.
