Continuing its medical and humanitarian efforts to support the resilience of the people in the Gaza Strip, the Jordanian Field Hospital South Gaza/7 is providing ongoing medical and treatment services to the wounded and injured in the southern Gaza region.

Since commencing its mission on July 17 of this year, the hospital's medical teams have treated 22,961 cases and performed 462 major and minor surgical operations, including treatment of wounds and burns, shrapnel removal, neurosurgery, complex fractures, maxillofacial and reconstructive surgery, as well as vascular and arterial surgeries.

These efforts come amid the difficult conditions facing the Gaza Strip, aiming to alleviate the suffering of the local population amid severe shortages of medical and therapeutic supplies affecting hospitals in the area.

It is noteworthy that since November 20, 2023, the Jordanian Field Hospital South Gaza has provided medical services to a total of 374,449 patients.
