The Jordan Armed Forces carried out an airdrop operation into the Gaza Strip on Monday. In addition to Royal Jordanian Air Force aircraft, the operation included aircraft from Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Indonesia. Approximately 100 tons of food and relief supplies were dropped inside the Strip.With this latest airdrop, the total number of operations conducted by the Jordan Armed Forces since resuming airdrops on July 27 has reached 157 Jordanian missions. The combined total, in cooperation with various countries, has now reached 362 airdrops. The overall volume of aid dropped by the Royal Jordanian Air Force alone amounts to nearly 775 tons of relief materials and essential supplies.
