The Naval Training Center, under the Royal Jordanian Navy Command, held a graduation ceremony today, Wednesday, for the “Weight Management” course, with the participation of several personnel from the Royal Naval Forces. The ceremony was attended by the Commander of the Naval and Boats Forces.

The 13-week course featured a blend of theoretical lectures and intensive practical training in fields such as nutrition and physical fitness, specialized dietary programs, CrossFit and cardio workouts, gym-based strength training, military marches over varied distances with assigned tasks, as well as swimming and football drills.

The Commander emphasized that such courses significantly enhance the operational readiness of the forces and elevate both individual and unit-level performance. He noted that physical conditioning is a cornerstone in preparing combat-ready personnel capable of facing field challenges with efficiency and resilience.

At the end, certificates and awards were presented to those who had distinguished themselves during the course.

It is worth noting that the Naval Training Center regularly conducts specialized maritime training programs for personnel from JAF, security agencies, and partner and allied nations. These programs are delivered by qualified and experienced instructors, aimed at achieving a high level of professionalism and empowering participants to carry out their duties with competence and precision.
