On Tuesday, the Assistant for Planning, Organization, and Defense Resources visited the National for Employment and Training Company to gain insight into the company’s pioneering developmental role and its contribution to building the capacities of Jordan youth. During the visit, the company’s Director General provided an overview of the training programs implemented by the organization, detailing its operational mechanisms in qualifying and training young Jordanians across various vocational specializations. These efforts are carried out in partnership with both public and private sector institutions. The presentation also highlighted the company’s notable achievements in supporting vocational and technical training.The Assistant commended the National Company for Employment and Training for its leading developmental role as one of the key arms of the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army, acknowledging its significant impact in advancing economic and social development.It is worth noting that the National Company for Employment and Training is a private, non-profit shareholding company owned by the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army. Established under Royal directives, it is dedicated to training the Jordanian workforce to the highest standards. The company operates 18 training institutes across all governorates of the Kingdom and plays a key role in reducing unemployment rates. It is recognized as one of the main providers of vocational and technical training in Jordan.
