The second group of the Jordanian Quick Deployment Force Mali / 2 arrived at the homeland, after the end of their duties in the Republic of Mali, and they were received at Queen Alia International Airport, by the Director of the Royal Engineering Corps, Brigadier General Imad Khamaiseh.This participation with the multinational force is part of the Jordan Armed Forces' humanitarian work throughout the world, as well as the UN's important role in restoring security and stability and offering various forms of aid and humanitarian assistance to nations affected by conflicts, natural disasters, or humanitarian crises.The Jordan Armed Forces have been participating in the peacekeeping forces operating in Mali since July 2018 by providing ground support services at Gao International Airport in the north of Mali.It is worth noting that the first group of members of the Ground Support Unit Mali/2 arrived in the homeland earlier last month after completing its duties from the mission ground.
