As part of the ongoing efforts led by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Jordanian Field Hospital South Gaza/4 began its medical, therapeutic, and humanitarian services today, Sunday, providing assistance to residents in Khan Yunis.

The commander of the hospital force said, "The fourth mission of medical, nursing, technical, and administrative staff has begun receiving various medical cases and dispensing necessary medications to assist residents in overcoming the difficult conditions caused by the ongoing conflict in the area."

He affirmed that all field hospital staff are working as a team around the clock to receive patients, expressing pride in being present in the area alongside the residents and contributing to healing their wounds.

On the other hand, the field hospital director stated, "Since arriving at the mission site, the hospital teams have dealt with numerous medical cases, including shrapnel removal, general surgery, major and minor operations, childbirth, acute illnesses in children, vascular issues, and bone fractures."

It is noteworthy that the first field hospital arrived in southern Gaza/Khan Yunis was last year in November.
