The Border Guard Forces dealt with groups of smugglers early Wednesday morning who attempted to cross the borders of Jordan on the northern front. The confrontation resulted in the death of several of the smugglers and the destruction of their vehicles.

The Jordan Armed Forces confirm that they will strike with an iron fist against anyone who dares to harm the security of the nation, its resources, or the safety of its citizens.
