The "Strong Constants 4" military exercise, which is currently implemented by the Jordan Armed Forces and the United Arab Emirates armed forces, continued activities Tuesday, for the second day in a row, with the presence of the Assistant for Operations and Training at one of the training fields of the Jordan Armed Forces.The JAF Director for Operations and Training was briefed by Commander of the Rapid Intervention Battalion/61, adding that it simulated scenarios, aimed to develop capabilities to counter current threats, enhance security in unstable regional conditions, and demonstrate military prowess in air and ground reconnaissance in the target operational environment.Meanwhile, the second day featured a tactical landing activity for a C130 aircraft, designed to storm built-up areas and carry out air raids, involving various light and medium weapon fire.The exercise is scheduled to run until the end of this month and comes within the JAF's annual training plans and programs, implemented with Arab and friendly countries, according to an Army statement.
