Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hunaiti, the Army Chief of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, received Lieutenant General Mubarak Muganga, the Chief of Staff of the Rwandan Defense Forces, and his accompanying delegation, on Monday, in his office at the General Headquarter of the JAF.

The Lieutenant General guest had a military reception ceremony.

In order to accomplish the intended aims of supporting the armed forces of the two fraternal countries, Major General Al-Hunaiti discussed with the guest numerous military operational, training, and logistics domains where joint coordination and collaboration are necessary.

 

Asserting the value of fortifying bilateral ties between the two friendly countries, the Army Chief greeted the guest and his delegation.  On the other hand, Lieutenant General Mubarak emphasized the depth of the close relations between the two nations and praised the vital role Jordan's Hashemite Kingdom has played in battling terrorism and extremism and bringing stability and security to the region.

 

In the presence of several senior military officers, Major General Al-Hunaiti and the guest delegation heard several military briefings outlining areas of bilateral cooperation between the two fraternal nations in a way that aligned with the nature of regional developments occurring at different levels.
