Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Al-Huneiti, visited on Wednesday the Department of Finance Directorate, where he was welcomed by its director.

Al-Huneiti was briefed on the directorate’s procedures and future plans that aim to develop financial and administrative systems, and major efforts made to enhance efficiency in financial operations, in addition to introducing modern technologies that contribute to raising the level of performance and providing the best financial services to JAF personnel.

During the visit, the army chief highlighted the importance of continuous development in the Financial Department Directorate’s work mechanism and keeping abreast of various developments that serve the financial ecosystem in JAF.

At the end of the visit, Al-Huneiti met with a number of the directorate’s employees, and conveyed to them the greetings and confidence of His Majesty King Abdullah II, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, expressing his pride in their outstanding level, high efficiency, and professionalism in carrying out the duties assigned to them.
