The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Al-Hunaiti, received today, Tuesday, in his office at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces, the South Korean Ambassador "Kim Beilwoo" and the Defense Attaché in Amman.

Al-Hunaiti discussed with the guest the latest developments in the region, the challenges and difficulties it faces, and ways to utilize mutual expertise and capabilities to serve the interests of the armed forces in the two friendly countries.

His excellency emphasized the strength of the solid relationships based on a long history of cooperation and coordination in various fields, especially in the military aspect, which achieves mutual interests, enhances the security and stability of the two friendly countries, and contributes to addressing security threats and the intensive coordination for exchanging military information and expertise.

On the other hand, the Korean ambassador expressed his appreciation for the distinguished Jordanian role, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, in establishing security and stability in the region.
