His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, on Monday inaugurated Latrun Military Hospital in Juwaideh, in south Amman. His Majesty listened to a briefing, in the presence of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al Hunaiti, by the Director General of the Royal Medical Services, Brigadier General Dr. Youssef Zureikat, on the hospital’s capacities and the Royal Medical Services’ development plans. His Majesty toured the 6,700 square meter facility, which has a capacity of 105 beds. The hospital, which was established under the direct supervision of the Directorate of Housing and Military Works, includes emergency, operations, internal diseases, intensive care, and radiation wards, as well as several specialized clinics.
