To streamline processes and make it simpler for beneficiaries to access time- and effort-saving services, the Military Credit Fund launched an electronic link service with the Department of Lands and Survey. Using this link, beneficiaries receiving real estate finance can visit any of the Fund's branches located throughout the Kingdom's governorates to electronically issue a registration document (Qoshan) or a land plan without first consulting the Land Department. Muhannad Shehadeh, the director general of the fund, reaffirmed that the fund keeps automating its different operations and electronic linkage with partners to streamline processes and facilitate beneficiary access to relevant services with multiple government agencies through a single window. Furthermore, the Fund aims to establish genuine collaborations with pertinent authorities by combining effort and success to raise the caliber of services offered to recipients.
